Sometimes other sizes may take 21 business days. Add 5 days for personalization. Proper laundering will extend apparel life. To ensure your order is properly engraved or imprinted, check all spelling and grammar prior to emailing, faxing or mailing to us. Legibility is important. We arent able to collect text information via telephone. Upon placing an order for custom merchandise, we will confirm your provided text prior to production. If you change the spelling or layout, we will be happy to provide an updated proof if requested for $7.50. Production of your award will begin after we have received your approval of the proof. Regular stock merchandise you ordered may be returned with prior authorization (contact customer service dept. to obtain an RMA#) within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
